How is the Internet changing society?

There is no question that the internet is an influential and ubiquitous part of modern life, It´s affect on society has both positive and negative dimensions.

On the one hand, personal communication has radically changed as result of the internet. Fcebook, Twiter and Skype and other kinds of social network media have become indispensible part of individual life. Thanks to this innovation, people are enabled exchange information, news, ideas with each others. Furthermore, in the realm of education, people have got more chances to access education than ever before. Using their fingers, clicking their mouse, along with the powerful internet, distance learning has not geographically barriers. More specifically, people can acquire knowledge through virtually sitting in on lectures from around the world.Additionally, the economical and business influence of the internet applications is growing at a phenomenal speed.

Seen from another angle, with the development of an increasingly internet, there are some potential risks which should not be overlooked. Taking the explosion of information for example, online news or information is easy to be manipulated. Therefore, people might be subject in an overwhelming amount of misinformation unconsciously. Moreover, with little or no restriction on internet, some of un-appropriate material might negatively influence society.
